1. How do I know my order has been accepted?
As soon as we receive your order, we will send you an Order Acknowledgement e-mail confirming your order details. If you do not receive the e-mail within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder just in case the e-mail got delivered there instead of to your inbox; or contact us at +65 6262 1975 for further assistance. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will only be processed on the next working day.
2. What payment methods can I use?
You can pay with MasterCard or Visa credit card. All transactions are encrypted and insured.
3. How do I use a promotion code?
A promotion code can only be used within its validity period, for online purchases at Iconic Wine e-store. To apply, please enter your promotion code at checkout. The price reduction of your promotion code will be reflected on your order summary.
4. What if my promotion code does not work?
Your promotion code may be rejected if:
- You have entered the promotion code incorrectly,
- The promotion code has expired,
- The promotion code is limited to a set quantity of purchases and the limit has already been met, or
- The item ordered is not available for discounts as designated.

5. What happens if one of the items I ordered is out of stock?
If one of the items you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will process the remaining items first. The item will be sent to you once it is available.
